Screenshots from Hauptwerk V3, Pure and Extended Version
The sample Set runs with the free edition of Hauptwerk 3.30
| Pure, Page 1 | Pure, Page 2 |
| The short octave CDEFGA was mapped in the original version, | i.e. Key E (Midi 40) sounds C, F# sounds D, G# sounds E. |
| Extended, Page 1 | Extended, Page 2 |
The Subbass 16' and the Posaune 16' are not part of the Buttforde organ and are borrowed from another sample of mine.
For that reason in the pure version it is only visible in screen 2.
What is Hauptwerk?
Hauptwerk is a computer organ system - a virtual organ that takes full advantage of the enormous processing power of the latest home computers to provide very complex pipe organ modelling and per-pipe sound shaping, whilst maintaining the enormous polyphony necessary to model a pipe organ successfully.
In Hauptwerk every control and function can be fully controlled by MIDI. Hauptwerk can be fully integrated into a MIDI organ console and operate as its 'engine', with comprehensive real-time per-pipe voicing facilities.
For more detailed information, we refer to the homepage of Hauptwerk.
The Recording
The Stereo recording was done with AKG C1000S Microphones (ORTF placement) and a TASCAM US-122L A/D encoder in 24bit 96kHz quality.
For the creation of Loops Seamless Looper was used.
